We use avatars to make styling simple, fun, and personalized. Meet the Caddie Crew:

  • Marksman – You're a gamer. You want premium fits that move with you and match your on-course confidence.
  • Cinny – You're all about the vibes with the fellas and are shy to a bold style or look.
  • Lou – Mr Chill... Not necessarily here for the golf, but you love supporting local brands casual apparel.

Once you’re matched to an avatar, and finished the quiz, you’ll get curated recommendations styled around their vibe and what you like.

You can switch avatars and size profiles anytime if your style evolves.

Yes! You can change avatars anytime based on your evolving style, season, fit, or mood. Each avatar is a guide, not a box — think of it like a style coach.

We don’t offer returns, but we’re all about making it right. If something doesn’t fit, we’ll exchange your first purchase with an alternate item and update your fit profile.

Our goal is zero friction and 100% satisfaction.

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.

Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

Return Shipping: For exchanges, return shipping is free.

Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Email us at jordy@caddie.club or use the return link in your order confirmation.
  2. We’ll review your request and send a prepaid return label if eligible.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange or refund/store credit will be processed within 3–5 business days.

All customer service and return coordination is handled directly by Caddie Club. While our partner brands fulfill the orders, we manage everything on your behalf to make the process seamless.

You won’t have to contact multiple vendors or navigate conflicting return policies—just reach out to us and we’ll handle the rest.

We partner directly with premium Canadian golf apparel brands and currently operate on a drop shipping model. This allows us to offer a wide range of curated styles while we build toward owning our own inventory and fulfillment process.

What to expect:

  • Shipping Times: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery can vary based on the vendor.
  • Multiple Shipments: If your order includes items from different partner brands, you can except different packages and different tracking codes.
  • Canada-Wide Shipping: We currently ship within Canada only. U.S. delivery is coming soon.

As we grow, our goal is to centralize inventory and streamline delivery for an even faster and more consistent customer experience.
