Yes! You can change avatars anytime based on your evolving style, season, fit, or mood. Each avatar is a guide, not a box — think of it like a style coach.
We don’t offer returns, but we’re all about making it right. If something doesn’t fit, we’ll exchange your first purchase with an alternate item and update your fit profile.
Our goal is zero friction and 100% satisfaction.
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
Return Shipping: For exchanges, return shipping is free.

- We’ll review your request and send a prepaid return label if eligible.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange or refund/store credit will be processed within 3–5 business days.
All customer service and return coordination is handled directly by Caddie Club. While our partner brands fulfill the orders, we manage everything on your behalf to make the process seamless.
You won’t have to contact multiple vendors or navigate conflicting return policies—just reach out to us and we’ll handle the rest.
We partner directly with premium Canadian golf apparel brands and currently operate on a drop shipping model. This allows us to offer a wide range of curated styles while we build toward owning our own inventory and fulfillment process.

- Shipping Times: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery can vary based on the vendor.
- Multiple Shipments: If your order includes items from different partner brands, you can except different packages and different tracking codes.
- Canada-Wide Shipping: We currently ship within Canada only. U.S. delivery is coming soon.
